Relaxation Retreat - January 2018
Start the new year off right! Relax all day with journaling, an aqua massage, meditation, learn new stress management techniques, and other relaxing and refreshing activities! This month's focus...learn how to say "NO" to things that don't serve you...and conversely, how to say "YES!" to things you've always wanted to try! You'll go home with a special new journal, "Do One Thing That Scares You Each Day" to keep you on track with your new adventures!
Bring: a yoga mat (we'll have some available if you need one), lunch, and yourself (no fancy clothes or makeup...this is a time to just relax and be)
