Tuesday, May 16 at 7:00 p.m. Are you ready to expand your dreams and vision for your life or business? Join us for a fun evening of Dream Building and Releasing! We will do some great exercises to expand and think about what we really want in life and in business and then do a simple technique to release the blocks that are holding us back from achieving them. This is a free workshop, come out and have some fun with us!

What would you do if you knew you could not fail? Is fear holding you back from doing what you want? Do you feel you don’t have enough time to do what you want to do? Do you see too many obstacles? Are you overwhelmed by how to reach your goal or where to begin? Let’s go ahead and do some crazy and scary things in 2017!
Come to this session to figure out some priorities you want to work on in 2017 (and perhaps the rest of your life), learn why it is important to chase what you want to do even if it seems crazy or scary or (fill in the blank, and how/where to begin! We can talk about any goal, no matter how big or how “small” it may seem…if it’s something that will enhance your life, it’s important! The biggest regret people have in life is not what they did, but what they didn’t do…live without regrets!

We’ll discuss why you probably commit to too much or the wrong things, why saying no can be a good thing (besides the obvious), how to say no guilt-free, and techniques for saying no.
Simplify...your closet, your home (your life)!

Do you have too much to deal with in either (or both) your closet or your home in general? We’ll cover a variety of techniques and strategies for simplifying these areas of your life and you will choose the approach that works best for you! What to do with the excess you want to get rid of? We’ll go over how to deal with that too.
Bonus - being in a comfortable and easy to care for environment, surrounded only by those possessions and clothes that you need and/or make you feel great will give you more relaxation and confidence!

Join us for a discussion on body image and tips/exercises for improving how you view your body!
Tapping - Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique, or tapping, is an easy to learn and use technique that uses tapping your fingers on various accupressure points to calm your mind and change your unconscious thinking. Teri Bach, psychotherapist and certified Tapping Into Wealth coach, will teach us how to tap. Teri specializes in helping clients who have blocks in money related issues such as income, savings, debt, and income goals in her business Untapped Potential.
Art & Aqua Massage
Enjoy an evening of creating art for Habitat for Humanity's fundraiser "Home Is Where the Art Is" and relax with an aqua massage! You will be led through creating an art piece using recycled building materials from ReStore (Habitat's building materials thrift store). Project(s) to be determined based on number of artists attending. You DO NOT have to have creativity! (Although, you have more creativity than you realize!) We will help you step by step with the project.
You will also enjoy an aqua massage that night (or a certificate to use later) and some dessert and drinks.

Need a closet that's the size of a house, but only have a closet that's the size of a...closet? Learn and share tips for clearing out some space and paring down your wardrobe (yes, you really can do it!). Make life easier with less, but better, clothing options.
Start things off on the right shoe by bringing one item to donate that you no longer need...we'll be covering options for getting rid of some of those clothes and helping others in the process. Dress for Success will be here to talk about how they help empower women in the workforce.
